The Chaser Mauritian Bistro is born out of our pursuit of creating a place where people can come together to enjoy delicious food, where the service feels like it comes from the heart (because it does!) and where quality is the standard, not the exception!
Our Chefs merge Mom’s cherished recipes with Jen’s commitment to meatless dishes, and we use fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create innovative meals.

Since the availability of fresh ingredients fluctuates throughout the various seasons, our menu changes regularily as well. Our garden in Curepipe alongside the local farmers in La Gaulette do a fabulous job ensuring every dish is fresh and tasty but that also means avocados or mangos won't be readily available year round, especially if you want fresh ones! Just ask Papa Green Thumb!
