The Chaser Mauritian Bistro is born out of our pursuit of creating a place where people can come together to enjoy delicious food, where the service feels like it comes from the heart (because it does!) and where quality, including our poke bowl and seafood noodle dishes, is the standard, not the exception!
Our Chefs merge Mom’s cherished recipes with Jen’s commitment to vegetarian and meatless dishes, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create innovative meals.

Since the availability of fresh, locally sourced ingredients fluctuates throughout the various seasons, our menu featuring international cuisines changes regularly as well. Our garden in Curepipe, alongside the local farmers in La Gaulette, does a fabulous job ensuring every dish is fresh and tasty. However, this also means that ingredients like avocados or mangos won't be readily available year-round, especially if you want fresh ones! Just ask Papa Green Thumb! Whether you're craving a poke bowl, a flavorful seafood noodle dish, or a delicious vegetarian option, you can count on us for seasonal freshness.
